Mission Statement:

The Coaster Crew's vision is to have a great time making new friendships while providing a safe environment by enforcing guidelines set by the park. It is our mission to come together as a group of friends to encourage and support the amusement industry.

History:

In 1999, The Coaster Crew started with just four friends from Minnesota. They made yearly trips to Cedar Point and well the word spread from there. Once Clint left for Virginia in 2003, the club went nation-wide. We have well over 100 members in the club to date.

2006 was our biggest year ever! We finally made our way to the West coast for some serious park hopping. The club has been to ten different states as well as dozens of parks!

So join us today for the best time of your coastering life!

Coaster Crew Rules:

Our club has a much laid back feel. It's like a college road trip that never ends. But we understand that there has to be rules in order to make sure The Coaster Crew lives up to its name. We have to make this clear that if you are not following these rules while representing the Coaster Crew (i.e. wearing any Coaster Crew related apparel or your membership badge) or at a Coaster Crew event. You will be banned from the Crew and will not be given a refund.

1. All members must follow all posted park rules. These rules include but not limited to: picture taking on rides, tampering with safety equipment and line cutting. If you are caught breaking any park rules by the park or the Coaster Crew you will not only be ejected from the park with out a refund, but banned from the club indefinitely.

2. All members will treat each other with respect. Someone once pointed out to us that the reason they liked the Coaster Crew so much is that every one was accepted. No matter who the person was we treated them like a friend. Disrespect in any form will not be tolerated.

3. The Coaster Crew is not out to censor any one in what they can wear and what they can not. All we ask is that it complies with park rules. Every one should be able to wear what they want and we are not going to stop you. But, parks will not tolerate any foul language or offensive slogans, so please dress to comply with park rules.

4. We love the fact that any one is able to join the Coaster Crew whether your 9 or 90. We also hope you realize that we are not a babysitting service. We will not be responsible for any one who is under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by a person who is 18 or older. This person will have to be pointed out in formal writing and signed by a parent or guardian in order for them to participate in any Coaster Crew Event.

5. All transactions must be paid for before receiving any said merchandise from The Coaster Crew. We have done the honor system before and it hasn't worked. If you want to order any item from The Coaster Crew, you must provide payment before the item is shipped. If you receive an item and haven't paid for it, we will make your membership inactive until payment is received. This means you will not take part in any Coaster Crew events or trips.

6. You must be an ACTIVE member of The Coaster Crew to attend any events or trips we have planned. If you want to join The Coaster Crew on a trip and you are not a member or renewing your membership, we ask that you have a payment and join form into us no later then ten (10) business days before the trip occurs.

Again we are not here to censor or control any member. But we must obey these rules in order to continue taking over the midways every summer.

These rules can be updated at any time with out warning.
